Kitchen

  • Clean fridge/freezer and microwave.
  • Damp wipe paintwork of doors, skirting and light switches as required.
  • Damp wipe finger marks / spillage from walls as necessary / possible.

Washroom Area

  • Empty waste bins and remove to disposal point.
  • Damp wipe all hard surfaces where possible.
  • Sweep / Damp mop.
  • Wash and disinfect toilet bowls and urinals / basins.
  • Wash, disinfect and dry polish toilet seats.
  • Damp dust and dry polish plated metalwork and taps.
  • Damp dust hand dryers, pipes and sanitary disposals etc.
  • Replenish toilet rolls, hand soap and hand towel s when necessary.
  • Dry polish mirrors.
  • Damp wipe paintwork of doors, skirting and light switches as required.
  • Damp wipe finger marks / spillage from walls as necessary/possible.

REGULAR CLEANING OF HOUSES, FLATS & ROOMS
Regular domestic cleaning could be on a weekly basis – once or more time a week or on a fortnightly basis.  The minimum of cleaning hours for a house done on a weekly basis is 2 hours per visit and 3 hours for fortnight cleaning.  The cleaning includes all general and thorough house duties done on a regular basis.
Kitchen

  • Wipe down cupboards from inside and out.  Inside on a regular monthly basis if required.
  • Wipe down microwave from inside and out.  Inside on a regular weekly basis.
  • Clean fridge/freezer from inside and out.  Inside on a regular monthly basis.
  • Clean hob.
  • Clean oven from inside and out.  Inside on a regular monthly basis.
  • Clean windows on regular monthly basis if required.
  • Wipe doors on regular monthly if required.
  • Wipe washing machine / tumble drier / dish washer / kettle / toaster / mixer.

Living room / Dining room / Bedroom

  • Clean pictures / mirrors / fireplace / tables / window ledge / skirting.
  • Dust chairs / all surfaces / polish wood as required.
  • Polish brass/silver as required.
  • Clean drinks cabinets.
  • Wipe doors / clean windows on regular monthly basis if required.
  • Change water in flower vases if required.
  • Water plants if required.
  • Vacuum carpet / mop the floor.
  • Change sheets / Make beds if required.

Bathroom

  • Clean Bath / Sink / Shower cabinet.
  • Clean tiles / all surfaces.
  • Wipe door.
  • Clean taps / skirts / mirrors / window ledge.
  • Clean toilet inside and out.
  • Wash floor.
  • Wipe doors / clean windows on regular monthly basis if required.
  • Dust shelves.

Stairs / Entrance area

  • Vacuum carpet / mop floors.
  • Polish handrails.
  • Clean skirting / wipe Pictures, mirrors.
  • Wipe door

HOME MOVES AND END OF TENANCY CLEANING

  • Clean all windows, window frames and sills from inside.
  • Clean all skirting and wash the doors.
  • Wipe all sockets and switches.
  • Clean all skirting boards.
  • Clean all kitchen, bedroom, living room etc. cupboards inside and out.
  • Clean and polish all kitchen, bedroom, living room etc. surfaces and wooden works.
  • Clean toilets inside and out.
  • Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathrooms.
  • Hoover and mop all floors and Stairs.
  • Make sure all the property is dust free.

ONE OFF / SPRING CLEANING
One-off cleaning is a professional cleaning for clients who do not need a cleaner on a regular basis but just can order one when a need of cleaning arises.  One-off cleaning includes the same duties and tasks of spring cleaning.  For a one-off spring cleaning visit, we require a minimum of 3 hours per visit depending on the size of the premises.

Kitchen:

  • Wipe inside and out of cupboards and microwave.
  • Clean inside and outside fridge/freezer.
  • Clean inside and out of oven/sink/hob.
  • Wash windows inside.
